RDA was tapped to develop an overall aesthetic and landscape design for a new senior living community, nestled in the hills of central New York State. Elements included the recreation area consisting of a swimming pool, tennis courts, lawn games, walking trails and outdoor kitchen. Work also included the design of the entrance drive, amphitheater, boardwalks through wetlands and project signage.
