Project Description
RDA Landscape Architecture shaped the outdoor environment for this multi-family residential development as a cohesive framework for daily life—where landscape, architecture, and program are seamlessly integrated. Conceived as a series of interconnected outdoor “rooms,” the design establishes a hierarchy of spaces that range from highly active social zones to quieter areas of retreat and wellness.
At the center of the composition, a flexible green—“The Quad”—anchors the community, providing an adaptable open space for informal recreation, gathering, and seasonal use. Surrounding this core, a network of circulation paths and amenity areas—including pool environments, game courts, and outdoor lounges—creates a continuous and intuitive user experience.
Material selection, grading, and planting design reinforce spatial identity while ensuring durability and year-round visual interest. The landscape operates as both connective tissue and destination—supporting a modern, amenity-rich lifestyle while establishing a strong sense of place.
