RDA developed the site Master Plan and provided pool, amenity, green roof and planting design services for this award-winning waterfront community in Great Neck. Situated on Manhasset Bay, the lush and varied landscape and amenities evoke the best aspects of Brooklyn Bridge Park.

 

Amenities include an infinity-edge pool, outdoor kitchen and lounges, green roof, rooftop terrace, water-side overlook deck, dog walk areas and permeable paver walkways and fire lanes.
