Project Description
Situated along Manhasset Bay, this project transforms a constrained waterfront site into a dynamic sequence of outdoor experiences. Inspired by the movement and geometry of coastal landforms, the design introduces flowing pathways, overlook terraces, and a signature infinity-edge pool that visually merges with the horizon.

RDA’s approach balances architecture, topography, and water—creating a layered landscape that encourages exploration while maximizing views. Each space is carefully positioned to capture light, frame vistas, and provide a refined yet relaxed residential experience.
