The Vanderbilt Hotel & Apartments: RDA has completed plans for a new swimming pool, lounge and outdoor kitchen courtyard at the new Vanderbilt Hotel in Westbury, NY

​

Sayville HS Turf Field Complex: The new stadium complex including a new synthetic turf athletic field has opened for play at Depot Road in Sayville, NY. RDA provided design services for the new field and surrounding site work. The field utilizes light-colored infill and a shock pad to help further reduce injuries.

Beechwood Homes Plainview: Construction is underway for the new Country Pointe at Plainview community on Old Country Road in Plainview, NY. RDA has provided amenity and landscape design services for the clubhouse and pool complex, entrance roads and entrance signs.

 

Stony Brook Square, Stony Brook, NY: RDA is working with Little Rock Construction on the Landscape Design for a new period-style shopping plaza, located on Rte. 25a, across from the Stony Brook LIRR train station.

 

Half Hollow Hills High School East, Dix Hills, NY: As Consultants to Campbell Cassetta Architects, RDA is developong site plans for the renovation of eight tennis courts. Construction expected to be complete by August 2016.

 

Westbrook Apartments, Great River, NY: RDA is working with Greenview Properties in developing the Landscape & Amenity Design for a new apartment community in Great River, NY.

 

Smithtown Competition Subaru, Smithtown, NY: RDA is working with Architect David H. Swift and Competition Subaru as they relocate to the former Smithtown Infiniti facility on Rte. 25 in Smithtown. Work includes new site plans and municipal approvals.

 

The Choices Apartments, Virginia Beach, VA: Working with RBA Architects (Chesapeake, VA), RDA is developing Landscape & Amenity Design plans for a new apartment community in Virginia Beach.

 

Harbor Country Day School, Head-of-the-Harbor, NY: RDA is developing a Campus Master Plan for a private K-8 school that includes athletic field renovation, new parking and a gymnasium addition.

 

City of Glen Cove, Glen Cove, NY: RDA is developing and site plans and specifications for the City Parks Dept. in converting their Stadium Baseball Field from natural turf to synthetic turf.

 

AvalonBay @ Rockville Centre II, Rockville Centre, NY: RDA is once again working with AvalonBay Communities on Landscape & Amenity Design for Phase II of a luxury aprtment community in Nassau County.

 

Sewanhaka Central High School District, Floral Park, NY:  As a Consultant to Wiedersum Associates Architects, RDA has completed plans and specifications for new running tracks, synthetic turf fields and parking lot renovations for five High Schools in the District.

 

Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, NY: RDA has developed concept plans for new campus signage and a pedestrian link from the campus to the Ardsley Metro North train station
