RDA has worked with AvalonBay Communities Inc. since 2005 on the site/landscape design of many Long Island rental communities. Avalon Rockville Centre II is Phase 2 of of their project in the Village of Rockville Centre. Amenities include a roof deck courtyard with pool, outdoor kitchen, grills, outdoor media center, and landscaping planters. RDA has developed a landscape master plan and planting plans for Phase II.
