AvalonBay Communities once again enlisted the help of RDA to develop a Landscape Master Plan, site amenities and landscape design for this large rental community, located within walking distance of the Huntington Station LIRR station. The pool complex is situated on a peninsula that extends into one of three ponds on the property and includes an outdoor kitchen, media viewing center, pergolas, outdoor fireplaces, grill stations and a playground. Planting includes pondside natives, entrance Birch allees and individual unit foundation plantings.
