RDA has worked with AvalonBay Communities Inc. since 2005 on the site/landscape design of many Long Island rental communities. Avalon Garden City is located on the site of a former historic airfield and amenities include pool and clubhouse, outdoor kitchens and grills, outdoor media center, playground and lush landscaping. RDA developed a landscape master plan and planting plans for Garden City, which was completed in 2011.
